A young guy from the Northern Region of Ghana “Tamale” sent his heartfelt message to one of the popular Zongo Facebook pages called Iqra Page Foundation seeking help about a situation he found himself in as he was going to East Legon to meet a new woman he found on Social Media.
He said, he is currently stranded in Accra and needed some money to support himself because he was robbed when he reached Accra Circle and all he had was gone including the common shoulder bag he was holding.
He said a good samaritan helped him with a small amount to take him to East Legon to meet the newfound lover he has been chatting with for a year now. He added that he scheduled to meet on the 22nd of June but to no avail. He had the chance to visit her this morning at East Legon only to have the shockprise of his life that this beautiful lady he thought was a Daddy’s girl was not what he thought she was.
He said he had dated this beautiful girl online for a year not knowing she was living in a kiosk in East Legon but didn’t tell him the truth. He added that he came all the way from Tamale to Accra thinking he had finally found a loving partner to depend on. When he heard she lived in East Legon, the spirit of richness entered him because his life was about to change.
He said he never knew newfound love and that her aunty was selling food for all this while they also lived in a kiosk at East Legon. The girl has been taking beautiful photos of herself in front of porch houses so I thought it was her family’s house.
Even though she gave me a good reception, I can’t go on with this relationship. I only beg for transportation to go back to Tamale. I have a lesson that not all that glitters is gold. Am advising guys not to believe in everything they see online. Fake Life everywhere nowadays
